A Wonderful Stay
great variety friendly staff members convenient location
The breakfast offered a great variety , and the cooked options were prepared perfectly. The staff members were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I found the location to be convenient , as it was close to many attractions.

the location was central to everything, so that helped a lot.

faulty window leaky shower
The hotel has an excellent central location near the swing bridge. I found the staff friendly and willing to restock tea and coffee in the room.
The bathroom window in my room would not close. This made the room FREEZING cold (especially at night). the shower screen leaked, and water flooded the floor.

central location clean bed plentiful breakfast
the location was great. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the staff was helpful and it was good to have fresh milk for tea. breakfast was hot and plentiful.
i left something in the room and have not had any response after trying to contact the hotel on three occasions.

reasonable stay
central location satisfying breakfast harbour view night noise difficult parking unprofessional staff
the central location proved very convenient for exploring. my room offered a lovely view of the harbour. the breakfast was quite satisfying (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the room i stayed in was somewhat noisy at night. finding parking nearby was often difficult. the bar staff looked somewhat unprofessional during evening hours.

Satisfactory stay
amazing location comfortable bed window problem leaking shower
The location was amazing I had easy access to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean I had a comfortable bed for a good night's rest.
The bathroom window did not close I found it to be freezing. The shower screen leaked water it flooded the floor after each use.
